Richard Manor Donkor is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the business world. He began his journey in the real estate industry, where he quickly gained a reputation for his keen business acumen and strategic thinking. With a strong focus on growth and expansion, Richard diversified his business interests into construction, hospitality, and renewable energy.
As the CEO of MD Holding Ltd, Richard has successfully led his team to significant achievements in each sector. Under his leadership, the Real Estate and construction arm of the business has completed several high-profile projects, earning accolades for their quality and innovation.
In the hospitality sector, Richard is overseeing the development of five-star Island resort which will serve as the luxury hub that offers guests a unique and luxurious experience in the hospitality space within the sub-region.
In the renewable energy space, Richard has been a pioneer in implementing sustainable practices and technologies, contributing to a greener future for the planet.
Richard’s strong entrepreneurial spirit and achievement-orientation has translated into the creation of a working atmosphere that encourages innovation, creativity and excellence among his staff and all the teams he works with.
Richard holds an Executive MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Radford University College. Richard has participated in multiple executive-level professional development programmes in the United States of America and Ghana including an Executive Education programme at the Yale School of Management in the USA, Certificate in Implementing Enterprise program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), an International Business Certificate program at the Temple University in the USA, and an Executive Development program in leadership and strategy at the Institute of Leadership and Strategy, Accra Ghana.
Eric Narh Kwetey

Eric Narh Kwetey is a dynamic and growth-focused finance professional with nine years’ experience in business and financial planning and analysis. Known for his meticulous approach and strong work ethic, Eric excels in coordinating financial activities to support business growth and enhance corporate profitability.
Eric's skill set is comprehensive, encompassing financial modeling and business valuation, budgeting and forecasting, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and project management. Additionally, his abilities in team leadership, business and strategic planning, and research writing further highlight his diverse capabilities.
Throughout his career, Eric has been involved in planning multiple projects, providing financial advice and direction. Prior to joining MD Holdings Ltd. as the Chief Finance Officer, Eric's professional experience includes roles such as Lead Consultant at Echelon Institute of Business and Finance, Lead Consultant at WWP Consult, and Head of Accounts & Administration at Crown Royal Transport & Investment Co. Ltd.
Eric holds an Executive MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Accounting) from Central University. His quest for professional development has earned him an Executive Certificate in Leadership & Strategy from the Institute of Leadership & Strategy, a Google Project Management Professional Certificate, a Certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) designation from the Corporate Finance Institute, Canada and a Certified Trainer qualification from Luxury Academy London. He is currently progressing through Part 2 of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana certification and has completed the BCG Virtual Experience Program in Strategy Consulting.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Eric enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and listening to jazz.
